After graduation, Rebecca had first worked in a people’s court in Shanghai for trial and hearing of various civil and commercial disputes, including intellectual property cases for more than ten years. So she has extensive experience for handling any civil and commercial litigation matters in China since her rich working experiences in the court has enabled her to be very familiar with and skillful for the Chinese litigation practice, especially on court proceedings.

Thanks to her former court working experience, Rebecca is an important and valuable resource and advisor to our firm for representing our domestic and foreign clients to handle any types of civil and commercial disputes resolution in China, particularly in Shanghai and its neighboring provinces such as Jiansu and Zhejiang Provinces. Since she is also familiar with the Chinese intellectual property trial practice, she can also provide valuable advice, assistance and representation for intellectual property protection, especially trademark enforcement, in Shanghai for our foreign clients. Thanks to her complex litigation practice, Rebecca may assist and counsel our clients working out effective litigation strategies before the litigation procedures start, and can also help the clients to analysize and reduce the litigation risks. In addition, she can also contribute her constructive opinions from the points of court litigation procedures to those legal documents and agreements prepared by our other attorneys for the proposed business transactions in China so as to get our clients to be in the best position when litigation arises.
