Therefore, we have established strict quality control systems to ensure that we provide value added legal services for our clients and to maximize our clients’ economic interests in China within the permission by laws.

Quality Control for Intellectual Property Laws Practice

As for prosecuting various intellectual property rights, our experienced senior intellectual property attorneys and responsible partners will be in charge of and supervise the whole process for such applications before the competent Chinese intellectual property authorities. The paralegals in our Intellectual Property Laws Practices will generally provide some legally administrative supports to our senior intellectual property attorneys. After completed the respective application documents by our attorneys, normally, our senior associates and partners in this practice will go through and review those documents before submission to the authorities so as to assure the compliance and to protect our clients’ interests to the utmost. In case of some important matters, we will discuss all possibilities and advise a best solution to our clients, particularly, when reacting to the official actions for trademark and patent applications, we will report and discuss our proposals in details to our clients before submission.

 Quality Control for Commercial Laws Practice

Only our partners or senior associates in our Commercial Laws Practice will, accompanying our clients, participate in the negotiation for opening or restructuring business during our clients’ investment in China or merging and acquiring Chinese enterprises with their business counterparts. By this way can our partners or senior associates fully understand the real situations of our clients and guide the whole process during our provision of legal service. Generally, those partners or senior associates who participate in the negotiations will complete the whole legal process and provide professional legal services and opinions by themselves. If impossible for them to do each thing for the deal, they will guide other associates who have rich experience to complete such legal process and provide respective legal services. However, all of the legal documents completed by other associates under the guidance of our partners or senior associates shall be finalized by the latter. All of our paralegals in this practice group only provide legally administrative supports to our associates and necessary bilingual translation between English and Chinese for legal documents. Even so our associates will also supervise the quality control to the translation. As the same in our intellectual practice, our responsible partners and senior associates in the Chinese commercial laws practice will go through and review each legal documents prepared by their guided associates before delivering to our clients or submission to the governmental authorities so as to assure the compliance of the deal and protect our clients’ interests to the greatest extent permitted by Chinese laws.
