We attach a
high importance to the diversity of the firm structure and attorney teams. Only
a professional associate team with different backgrounds and legal practice
experiences, even including different national origins, can make us fully
understand our clients’ business needs and provide really creative and
innovative legal proposals and solutions from the perspectives of our foreign
clients. Also a diverse associate team can assure that our professionals work
in a friendly and relaxant atmosphere in that they may learn from each other
and benefit from the legal opinions of their colleagues whose legal practice
backgrounds and experiences as well as their national origins different from
his background.
Driven by
the purpose for diversity in the practice areas as well as in our firm’s
structure and work team, we are recruiting our professional associates and
other working staffs from different legal practice areas and experience
accumulations. Some of our associates once worked in some governmental
authorities, people’s court, top tier domestic law firms, international law
firms, intellectual property firms and even college law lecturer. In the future
recruitment, we will invite those with diverse legal practice background, in
particular with experience accumulations in different international law firms,
to join in our firm so as to provide better legal services to our international
clients.
