So please separately contact us for the most update of our Schedules of Charges. Anyway we charge for the prosecutions at a very competitive price. However our professional attorney fees for intellectual property consulting, strategic planning and legal opinions, transfer, license, enforcement and anti-counterfeit as well as unfair competition and other intellectual property based legal issues are charged in the same way as that we charge for our commercial laws practice.

The fees we charge for our provision of legal services in commercial laws practices are determined by the time we have spent on such services and shall be calculated on our hourly rates, however, this is not the sole determining factor.

Generally, our hourly fees rang from USD 80 to USD 280 depending on the seniority of our associates and the complexity of our clients’ business transactions. The hourly rates for our senior partners, partners, senior associates, associates and paralegals are US $ 280, 250, 200, 150 and 80 respectively. Any translation work, which is required by Chinese governmental authorities, is charged at US $ 100 per hour. Normally we charge clients for our service for negotiation with various Chinese governmental authorities and the Chinese parties of the transactions on our hourly basis. We also charge clients for disbursements such as fax, photocopying and courier according to the actual payment charged by the vendors.

Notwithstanding our hourly rates, we are also willing to discuss alternative fee arrangements to meet clients’ business needs and a contingency for risk sharing arrangement is also welcome for further discussion for the specific cases.

All of our legal service we charge and incurred at various milestones along the way of the transactions will be invoiced to clients at the end of each month with a detailed statement including a list of legal activities we have already completed.
