Upon his graduation, Mr. Wayne has been practising Chinese civil and commercial laws in Chinese local law firms for years. Before joining in China Sunbow & Associates, Mr. Wayne was a partner of Beijing Bailun Law Firm.

Mr. Wayne has accumulated enough experience in the areas of foreign direct investment in China, plant construction as well as real estates. He is specialized in Chinese commercial laws, including but not limited to the corporate formation, bankruptcy and liquidation, land grant and development, legal due diligence during the merger and acquisitions.

Mr. Wayne is also good at drafting legal documents for China related transactions on behalf of foreign clients. He has assisted many international investors in setting up their business and establishing JV, WFOE, branch or representative offices in China, in particular in Beijing and its neighboring northern provinces. Mr. Wayne may help foreign clients to obtain various governmental permissions and licenses for opening and operating their business in China, in particular in Beijing.
