Before joining in China Sunbow & Associates, Mr. Vincent had practised Chinese commercial laws in China, especially in international investment laws working as a full-time attorney-at-law in a top tier well-known Beijing-based law firm in their Shanghai office and also in a local Shanghai law firm for years and also maintained close governmental relationships with authorities in those places.

During working in those law firms, Mr. Vincent mainly focused on foreign direct investment in China, in particular in Shanghai and its neighboring Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces. Mr. Vincent had assisted many multi-national enterprises setting up their business in China. He is very familiar with the relevant Chinese laws and regulations concerning foreign investment in China or acquiring Chinese enterprises by foreign investors.

Mr. Vincent is quite active in the areas of merger and acquisitions, oversea listings for Chinese enterprises in oversea stock market, especially in Singapore and Hong Kong. He has assisted some Chinese enterprises entering into foreign capital markets in cooperation with local law firms.
