Ms. Christina has been practising Chinese intellectual property laws, in particular in trademark law, upon her graduation in two top tier Chinese law firms and a very famous IP firm in their Beijing offices for many years. She has already accumulated substantial experience in Chinese trademark law practice.

During working in those law firms and IP firm as a full time trademark attorney, Ms. Christina had assisted many foreign companies and multi-national enterprises prosecuting various trademarks and protecting their trademarks in China. She had also helped several foreign enterprises to have applied with the State Trademark Office of China for identifying their trademarks as well-known trademarks.

Apart from assisting clients prosecuting trademarks, Ms. Christina also advised many foreign clients on their intellectual property strategic planning and protection in China.

Thanks to her rich experience in Chinese trademark law practice, Ms. Christina may help foreign clients to obtain various trademarks and to protect their registered trademarks from being infringed and counterfeited in China. Ms. Christina is mainly stationed in our Beijing office so as to better communicate and discuss the trademark cases with the examiners of the State Trademark Office in China in case of any refusal during the prosecution for trademarks on behalf of our foreign clients.
