Before joining in China Sunbow & Associates, Dr. Jane had practised Chinese commercial laws upon her graduation for years in China working as university legal lecturer, in house legal counsel and full-time attorney-at-law in two well-known domestic law firms.

Dr. Jane has rich experience in foreign direct investment in China, mergers and acquisitions as well as disputes resolution arising from the China related transactions. She also advises foreign investors on setting up business in China, especially on establishing JV or WFOE in Southern China, especially in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Dongguang, Shunde, Huizhou of Guangdong Province. She keeps a good relationship with the local governmental authorities in Guangdong Province and also good partnerships with Hong Kong based law firms. Dr. Jane can help foreign clients to handle their legal issues in Southern China, including provision of necessary assistance for their business in Hong Kong and Macao.

Apart from legal practice, Dr. Jane is also active in other social activities. She is a member of the Chinese Commercial Law Research Association. Recently her academic works “Thinking Legally on Ad Hoc Arbitration System” was published in the Arbitration Study.
