Before joining in China Sunbow & Associates, Mr. Robinson had practised Chinese commercial laws working as a full-time attorney-at-law in a Chinese domestic law firm in their Beijing office and a compiler for Central Governmental Online.

When working in law firm, Mr. Robinson mainly focused on foreign direct investment in China. He had also participated in several merger and acquisition projects between Sino-foreign parties, providing professional legal service for foreign clients. Mr. Robinson is good at legal documentation for various China related transactions. He has also accumulated some experience in liquidating domestic and foreign enterprises.

Mr. Robinson is familiar with Chinese laws and regulations concerning foreign investment in China or acquiring Chinese enterprises by foreign investors. He can provide legal assistance for foreign clients in establishing JV or WFOE and post-registration service for the smooth operation of the business of foreign clients within the Chinese law frame.
