On November 13, 2009, the Director and Secretary as well as the Chair of the Management Committee of the U.S.A. leading firm, The Webb Law Firm, Mr. Richard L. BYRNE visited China Sunbow & Associates in Shanghai and met with our managing partner Mr. Bill H. ZHANG and our attorney-at-law, Daisy ZANG in persons. The meeting was very friendly, relaxable and productive. Mr. Byrne is an experienced intellectual property attorney who has addressed every aspect of intellectual property law during his 25-year career, while Mr. Zhang is also an experienced attorney-at-law and intellectual property attorney who concentrate his practice on Chinese IP and various commercial laws, especially on China related cross-border business transactions. Mr. Zhang also introduced the history, professional legal services, and attorneys’ expertise of China Sunbow & Associate as well as some basic Chinese regulatory legal frame to Mr. Byrne.
