In order to better meet the legal needs of our foreign clients, we have recently made a significant adjustment to our structure and expanded our service scopes. We divide our service into Chinese intellectual property laws practice and Chinese commercial laws practice. We have been headquartered in Shanghai to practise Chinese commercial laws, in particular in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions. We have still maintained an office in Beijing to further assist our clients in prosecuting their intellectual property rights.
