China has already promulgated extensive set of laws and regulations, including various jurisdictions thereof, to protect intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyright. For convenience and general information of our foreign clients, we have uploaded limited amounts of relevant laws and regulations relating to trademark, patents, copyrights and their respective enforcement. However, we will keep a close eye on the development of Chinese intellectual property laws and will timely upload any newly promulgated Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations which will have important impacts on our foreign clients’ business in China. The uploaded are only English translation to the original Chinese laws and regulations respectively. We try to ensure the accuracy of the English texts to original Chinese texts, however in case there is any inconsistency between English and Chinese texts, the original Chinese texts shall prevail.
