Current Openings

Associates

Some vacancies are currently available for those who can fulfill the following conditions:

· at least LLM degrees in Chinese intellectual property or commercial laws from top domestic law schools with at least two years’ post qualification experience in top tier domestic law firms or in international law firms;

· former experience and practice in either Chinese intellectual property laws or Chinese commercial laws is a must;

· experience in FDI, M & A, corporate governance or disputes resolution will be a preferably plus advantage; and

· holding Chinese bar qualifications and practice licenses.

Summer Associates

A certain positions are currently open for summer associates and even partners. The applicants for those positions shall satisfy the following requirements:

· LLB from top domestic law schools and then LLM study overseas in USA, UK, Canada or Australia;

· at least five years’ post qualification experience in Chinese intellectual property or commercial laws with two years’ practice in an international law firm;

· experience in FDI, M & A is a must or in trademark prosecution and protection;

· good relationships maintenance with clients and capable of developing new clients independently; and

· holding Chinese bar qualifications and practice license.
